Judge Your Neighbor Worksheet: This two page document comes with the worksheet to collect your stressful thoughts and also instructions for doing The Work. When you're filling out the worksheet with your stressful thoughts - be petty and write about someone else.
Written Self-Facilitation Worksheet: Once you're ready to ask yourself the four questions, you can use this sheet that will walk you through The Work. Put your stressful belief at the top (preferrably a thought that is not about you) and then write down your answers to the questions as you go down the page.
