Today, Monday, April 19 at 5pm Pacific is the last chance to register…
Registration is now closed.
And if I may be so bold as to say it…
It’s not a good look for you.
I mean, really.
From the outside it may seem as though you’ve got your &@*% together…
Your socks match. You smile easily. You use your turn signal (most of the time…)
But all that avoiding, hiding, ignoring, and resenting is taking a toll on you.
And it’s starting to show.
(Yes, kinda like having spinach in your teeth.)
The build up of Mental Clutter can be making you:
Ugh. It’s hard, right?
And I’m sorry that your Mental Clutter has built up the way it has…
But it’s not your fault. Really.
No one taught us what to do with all the “stuff” hanging out in our minds making us feel bad…
So it’s just sort of accumulated there over the years and turned into a bunch of junk…
But it doesn’t have to be like that…
And it doesn’t have to be hard and painful to deal with the Mental Clutter.
(You don’t even have to break a sweat like you would if you were decluttering your garage. Promise.)
You know this already…
When you don’t have Mental Clutter hanging around you, and you’re feeling clear and at peace, you like your life more…
You’re more fun to be around. Decisions are easier to make.
You’re able to create the kind of success you want to experience in life. You can help more people…
Conversations feel better (even the difficult ones), you get along with people better, and you basically think you’re pretty darn awesome, right?
Well, that’s who you *really* are.
By doing Mental Decluttering it’s like finding yourself beneath the pile of crap and rubble that’s cramping your style…
And it’s so amazing to find that Real You under there…
Because when you’re feeling empowered and good and clear?
Awesome things happen in your life!
There are amazing things waiting for you to say and do…
(You know what they are…)
You’ve wanted to do them for ages, but for some reason, it hasn’t happened yet.
The Mental Clutter has been holding you back and trying to keep you safe…
(Thank you clutter, but your services won’t be necessary anymore…)
And now you’re not willing to settle for that kind of life anymore…
With the encouragement of an awesome group of fellow Mental Declutter-ers, expertly guided by moi during the next 4 weeks, you’ll find the courage to get some Mental Decluttering done and have more freedom to love and enjoy your life however you choose.
“Free your mind, and the rest will follow…” – En Vogue
In this 4-class Mental Decluttering series, you’ll get my best goodies and techniques for decluttering your unhelpful thoughts, assumptions, and memories about your body, your money, your relationships, and yourself.
These are fun, engaging tricks I’ve learned over the last several years for how to take care of my Mental Clutter so that I’m freer to enjoy my life. No drudgery and boring stuff here.
It’s the Spoonful of Mary Poppins Sugar for Mental Decluttering.
In this series you’ll learn:
Just imagine: More mental space, freedom and peace of mind. Ahhh…
That’s what Mental Decluttering is all about. Yes!
I’m all about being in the flow and being spontaneous, but when it comes to Mental Decluttering, it helps to have a plan to rest into. This way, you know what’s coming and which areas of your life will start feeling fresher and clearer.
We’ll kick off the series by looking at the Mental Clutter that’s accumulated about your body. This includes Mental Clutter related to your health, the food you eat, your ideas about how you should or shouldn’t look, your relationship with fitness and exercise, and your physical appearance.
Most of us have a lot of Mental Clutter about these topics, so it’ll be a great place to start and we’ll have plenty to work with. But don’t worry – we’re only going to deal with the Mental Clutter that you’re ready and willing to deal with. We’re going to go at your pace…
Oh boy. During this class, we’ll be uncovering Mental Clutter related to your finances, work, career, success, and abundance.
Your Mental Clutter around these topics will keep you from feeling excited to do your work, make new decisions for your life (and feel good about them) and can also create arguments between you and people you care about.
No fun at all.
After you get some Mental Decluttering started in this area, you can start having more ease and flow…
After having 2 weeks of Mental Decluttering under your belt, you’ll be ready to dive into looking at the Mental Clutter from your relationships.
Whether it’s stuff with your parents, your kids, your friends, or past lovers…Mental Clutter related to relationships usually creeps into every area of your life. (How we do one relationship is how we do all our relationships – type of thing.)
I’ll share some powerful techniques with you for dealing specifically with Relationship clutter.
Working on stuff about ourselves can be challenging. We’re usually pretty solid in our thoughts and ideas about who we are and who we’re supposed to be.
Which also includes who we shouldn’t be and what we’re *not*.
The weird part is that no matter what we say to ourselves about our identity and who we believe we are, it’s limiting.
Our ideas about who and what we are, are just more Mental Clutter.
Some of the ideas we have about ourselves are obvious. Others, not so much. But they all affect us…
This class will be devoted to exploring the Mental Clutter that’s been hiding out and keeping you from feeling free to be yourself.
Also we’ll be looking at the Mental Clutter that leads you to think that you suck, aren’t good enough, or there’s something wrong with you.
Well, maybe I should rephrase that…
Mental Decluttering is for everyone in the sense that it’s not hard. It’s actually fun, and it helps you feel lighter and more in control of your life.
But it’s truer to say that everyone is not ready for Mental Decluttering.
This class is designed for people who are ready and willing to deal with their Mental Clutter.
So check in with yourself. Do you…
If that sounds like you, you’re totally going to dig this class. (Scroll down to register now…)
You already know whether this class is for you…
You know inside whether you’re ready to clear up some of the Mental Clutter in your life…and whether this is the time and space that feels good to you for doing it…
And you know if it’s not for you right now…
Trust yourself.
Class Size: Limited to just 12 peopleĀ (And you can bring all your Mental Clutter with you…)
How We’ll Meet: By magical telephone bridge line that allows a bunch of us to be on the phone together at one time. It’s really cool. I’ll send you the special number and secret code after you register.
Class Days & Time: We’ll be meeting weekly starting Tuesday April 20. Other dates are April 27 & May 4, 11.
All classes are at 11:00 am Pacific (12 Mountain, 1 Central, 2 Eastern.) If you’re unable to attend the live calls, it’s okay. You’ll get the recording – assuming the Recording Tech behaves.
Pricing: My Granny and I are Pen Pals. She lives in Michigan and loves birds. So I’ve created an Early Bird Birdie Special. It’s good until Friday, April 16, 2010. During the Early Birdie Special it’s $147. After that, it’s $197. (Thanks for the inspiration, Granny!)
If after you attend the first class you can tell it’s not going to be right for you, be kind to yourself. Don’t let it turn into more Mental Clutter that’ll be weighing you down. Just let me know in an email and I’ll make sure you receive your tuition back.
It’s more important to me that you take care of yourself and your needs, than to stay in a class that isn’t a match for you. You can always get in touch with me again later if you find you’d like some support with your Mental Decluttering. Deal?
You can either take my bird-watching Granny’s advice and register during the Early Birdie Special for $147 (until Friday, April 16th), or you can register after that for $197.
Instead, let’s do some inner cleaning…
Let’s do some Mental Decluttering so that anything you choose to do in your life can feel easier, more fun, and you can enjoy your life more…
You’re way more important than your closets!
