Since discovering the value in questioning what I believe with The Work, I've been helping other people who are tired of suffering, too.

I wouldn't be saying that suffering is optional if I hadn't realized it for myself. One of the things you can come to see by doing The Work is that when you're not suffering, you're so much more available to take care of yourself and others in a sensitive and caring manner. You're able to accomplish more and interact with people happily because you're not stuck suffering! When we work together to question your painful thoughts, you'll be thinking differently, suffering less and enjoying your life more.
