How much time will I need to devote to the 30 day program?

This is a 30 day program that revolves around the 4 core classes on CD. We recommend listening to one CD each week and doing the daily exercises in between. That works out to a little over 2 hours a week. (About 75 minutes to listen to the CD for that week, and about an hour to do your inquiry and practice listening to your inner voice.)

Of course the more you put into the program the more you'll connect with your voice of clarity, but about 2 hours a week will give you a good foundation during your 30 days.
